Concessionary tickets for all events are available for those who are disabled, full time carers, full time students, job seekers or over 65 years old. Please be aware that we will ask for proof of eligibility at the event.
For the workshops, there are a limited number of free places available, which will be for those who fall into the concessionary categories. These will be assessed on a case by case basis. For more information on these bursary opportunities, please get in touch with Literature Works directly on firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01752 585 073.
Cancellation and refund policy
During the Coronavirus pendemic, we are monitoring Government advice constantly. We are taking steps to return some of our activities to the building. We will be adhering to advice regarding social distancing and the wearing of face coverings for any in-person activities.
If guidance changes and restrictions make it impossible to run an event at Exeter Custom House, an online alternative will be offered where possible and a full refund will be offered if it is not possible for the event to go ahead. This is in line with Ticketsource’s pandemic refund policy.
Book with confidence.
In circumstances outside of the pandemic we are not able to offer automatic refunds for cancellations.
If you notify us in good time before the event, we will put your ticket back on sale and try to fill the space. If successful a refund, minus the Ticketsource handling fee we pay, will be issued to you within 7 -10 days (this is Ticketsource’s standard refund processing time). If we are unable to fill the space, we will not be able to issue the refund.
